HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED TO TAKE?
You can take as few or as many sessions as you want. There are no commitments or subscriptions, so sessions are on your terms.
HOW DO ONLINE SESSIONS WORK?
You can conveniently meet with your tutor using Wyzant’s online learning tool. With video chat and an interactive whiteboard, it’s like you’re in the same room.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Choose a tutor and contact them to schedule a session. Or, contact a few tutors so you can compare them and find the perfect one. It’s free to contact tutors.
WILL I NEED TO PAY UP FRONT?
No. You only pay for sessions that you have, after you have them. There are no upfront costs and it’s free to contact tutors.
WHEN CAN I SCHEDULE A SESSION?
You can schedule a session whenever it is most convenient for you, based on your tutor’s availability.

Entering to Win is Easy

Starts February 13, at 9:00 A.M. CT and ends when the 10 Millions Hour of Lessons is recorded through the Wyzant website (“Site”) (collectively, “Magic Hour”) which is estimated to be on March 15, 2020 at 11:59 PM CT. Current US residents who are 13 years or older and are registered with an account on wyzant.com (“Site”) prior to the Promotion Period are eligible to participate. To be eligible to win a prize, students under the age of the majority in their jurisdiction must obtain a parent’s or legal guardian’s consent before participating; tutors must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Subject to certain terms and conditions, participants must schedule a lesson through the Site or enter via mail-in entry to enter the Promotion for a chance to reach the Magic Hour, and be eligible to win a prize. The student who reaches the Magic Hour will be eligible to win a year of tutoring which is defined as: 12 electronic codes to be used on the Site towards free lessons, one code per month, having a total value of $2,892. The tutor who tutored the student (or was designated as such in the mail-in entry) who reached the Magic Hour will be eligible to receive the prize of $1000. Subject to other terms and conditions, Winners must also sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity Release within 48 hours to claim a prize. Wyzant, Inc. (Sponsor) staff and their immediate family members (parents, children, spouses, siblings) and members of the same household are not eligible to win. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Void outside the United States and where prohibited. The total Prizes value is $3,892.
